If you’re not familiar with Ann O’Dea, she runs one of the ‘leading online publications in Europe’ called Silicon Republic and has been making waves in the world of tech, innovation and science for many years. She’s a proud advocate and champion of women in tech and sees enhancing global diversity as her life mission. Just go and see her fabulous work at InspireFest.

Join us as we chat with Ann about her Artic Challenge for Debra Ireland, the importance of diversity in the workplace and why she is now a big supporter of gender quotas.
